Zenoria Privacy Policy

Zenoria is a beauty-focused social app that includes beauty editing, skin analysis, publishable desk notes, user profiles, private chat, and in-app credits. This Privacy Policy explains what information Zenoria handles to deliver those features, how long it is kept, and what choices you have.

1. Voice and Audio Processing

If you capture video posts inside Zenoria, the app may request microphone access so audio can be recorded with the video you choose to create. Audio captured for a post is processed to complete that recording request, is stored with the post only if you publish it, and is otherwise removed from temporary processing storage within 24 hours. The legal basis for this processing is your consent and the performance of the service you asked Zenoria to provide.

2. Information We Collect

Zenoria may collect account details such as your profile name, avatar, and profile edits; media you select or capture for beauty workflows or desk notes; messages you send in private chat; comments, likes, reports, and blocking decisions inside the community feed; purchase records for in-app credits; device and diagnostics data that help keep the app working; and limited analytics or campaign measurement data when tracking permission is granted. Zenoria does not treat source beauty media as face recognition data.

3. Camera and Photo Access

Camera and photo library access let you choose source media for beauty editing, skin analysis, profile updates, and look posts. If you export a finished result, Zenoria also requests permission to save that file back to your device photo library. The legal basis is your consent and the fulfillment of the action you selected.

4. User Content and Community

When you publish desk notes, update your profile, comment, message another user, or report or block an account, Zenoria processes that content to operate the social features of the service. Profile information and published desk notes remain visible until you delete them or close the related account. Private messages remain available to the participants until they are deleted, subject to short-term backup and integrity retention for up to 30 days after account closure. The legal basis is contract performance and, for moderation actions, legitimate interest in keeping the community safe.

5. Face Data and AI Beauty Features

For Virtual Makeup, Beauty Filter, and Skin Analysis, Zenoria collects and processes face data from the photo you choose to upload for the feature. This face data can include visible facial features, lip area, and face-related image data, together with the beauty, makeup, or skin-analysis settings you select. Zenoria uses this data only to generate the AI beauty result you request and does not use this data for face recognition, identity verification, or user identification.

Before first use of these AI beauty features, Zenoria asks for your permission in the app. If you agree, Zenoria sends the selected photo, the related face data described above, and the settings needed to complete your request to Alibaba Cloud DashScope, which acts as Zenoria's AI image-processing provider. Face data is therefore shared only with this processing provider to perform the feature you requested and is not sold or disclosed to unrelated third parties for advertising or independent profiling purposes.

Zenoria does not store the source face photo on its own servers for this feature. The selected photo and related face data are processed in the provider environment used to generate your requested result, and the returned result remains on your device unless you choose to save or share it. Temporary provider task data and returned image links may remain available for up to 24 hours for processing and troubleshooting. Temporary share files created on your device are deleted after about 30 seconds. Saved beauty history or makeup history remains on your device or account until you remove it. The legal basis is your consent and your instruction to run the tool.

This Section 5 explains Zenoria's collection, use, disclosure, and sharing of face data for AI beauty features. In summary: Zenoria collects face-related image data from the photo you choose, uses it only to generate the requested beauty or skin-analysis result, shares it only with Alibaba Cloud DashScope as the processing provider for that request, and keeps temporary processing data for up to 24 hours unless you save resulting content to your device or account. Related retention details are also described in Section 9, and third-party service categories are described in Section 10.

6. Payments and Credits

When you buy credits or premium packs, Zenoria receives transaction metadata needed to confirm the purchase, restore entitlements, prevent fraud, and maintain accounting records. Payment card details are handled by platform billing providers rather than Zenoria directly. Purchase and refund records are retained for 7 years to satisfy legal and accounting obligations. The legal basis is contract performance and compliance with applicable law.

7. Analytics and Advertising

If you grant tracking permission, Zenoria may process campaign-measurement and attribution data to understand promotion performance and improve how promoted content is shown. Analytics and diagnostics records are generally retained for up to 90 days unless longer retention is required to investigate abuse or service failures. The legal basis is your consent for tracking-related data and legitimate interest for service diagnostics.

8. How We Use Your Information

Zenoria uses personal information to authenticate your account, run beauty and media tools, show profiles and desk notes, deliver private chat, process credits, moderate community activity, respond to support requests, and maintain product performance and security. Zenoria may also use aggregated or de-identified metrics to understand how features are used, but not to identify you personally.

Zenoria works with third-party service categories such as cloud hosting providers, analytics and attribution providers, platform billing providers, storage or media delivery providers, and customer support tools. Zenoria only shares the data needed for those categories to perform their service for the app.

11. Your Rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, or export of your information by emailing support@zenoria.com with the subject line "Zenoria Privacy Request." Zenoria aims to respond within 30 days. You may also withdraw permission access in device settings, though some features may stop working.

12. Children's Privacy

Zenoria is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through the app, contact support@zenoria.com and Zenoria will review and remove the data as appropriate.

13. Changes to This Policy

Zenoria may update this Privacy Policy when product, legal, or operational requirements change. Material changes will be communicated through the app or associated service pages before the update takes effect.
